Metamorphis

Restaurant situated in the former ground-floor of the building which during the 12th century served as entrance spaces into the whole object. The rests of the Romanian building and the former coat from the 16th century have been preserved here. The atmosphere of the broken spaces of the restaurant is growing stronger every night with accompanying live piano music and decent light decorations which make you feel like spellbound by the original architecture. U modré růže (At the Blue Rose)

Welcome to the restaurant situated in gothic cellars blessed with a rich history full of legends and romance. The oldest known notice of building „An the Blue Rose“ reaches back as far as the year 1364. In the 15th century a small brewery with a beer pub was located in these premise and during the Middle-Ages the rooms of the restaurant were actually the ground-floor of the building which you can still recognize by the bricked-up gothic Windows. The restaurant is popular for its Czech culinary specialitites as well as for international cuisine, including flaming, Moravan and French wines. Live piano music every evening.
