Welcome to the restaurant situated in gothic cellars blessed with a rich history full of legends and romance. The oldest known notice of building „An the Blue Rose“ reaches back as far as the year 1364. In the 15th century a small brewery with a beer pub was located in these premise and during the Middle-Ages the rooms of the restaurant were actually the ground-floor of the building which you can still recognize by the bricked-up gothic Windows.
